A buyer says it arrived broken. The carrier wants photos you were supposed to take before you handed it over. This Side Up walks you through those shots, keeps them together, and counts down the days you have left to file.

How it works

Pick the carrier. The app asks for exactly the shots that carrier requires.
Take them in order: the packed contents, the label, then the sealed box.
The countdown starts the moment you create the record. It shows the days left in the carrier's claim window, not a date you have to do math on.
When a claim shows up, export the record as a PDF or a ZIP and send it wherever it needs to go.

Your photos stay on your phone. No account, no server, nothing to sign in to. We never receive your photos or the names you type in. Read the Privacy Policy. It's short.

Free and paid

The free plan covers two active records at a time, plus one in the archive. Photos, PDFs, and exports stay free on both plans. Paid is about how many records you keep: a subscription lifts both limits and adds batch export. Jobs from Professional tools (for commissions and repairs) count toward the same limits. A job becomes active once you record it coming in, add an update, or record it going back, and a closed job goes to the archive.

Something broken, confusing, or missing? Write to support@thissideup.app and tell us what happened. Include your carrier and what you were doing when it went wrong. That's usually enough for us to track it down.

Carrier rules change. If you find a deadline or a required photo that no longer matches what your carrier publishes, tell us and we'll check it.
